Moderator Terms Thread.

Well.
Like i've told you all before I will only assign a member to staff under certain terms.

These terms are.

I - 5 new members must join until a mod is assigned.
10 new members for super mod.
50 new members for Admin.
(of course this will be changed in the future)

II - Said member is active, responsible, knows the job, and follows the rules.

III - In order to become staff, you must meet a certain post level.

at least 15 to become a mod
at least 30 to become a super mod
at least 100 to become an admin
(This will be changed as the member count increases.)

IV - If said member can invite new members to join, they are instantly added to staff

NOTE: THIS IS OPTIONAL, YOU DON'T HAVE TO INVITE MEMBERS TO BECOME MOD, BUT IF YOU DO, YOU INSTANTLY BECOME A MOD/SUPER/ADMIN.

5 invited members for mod.
10 invited members for super mod.
25 invited members for admin.
(this too will be changed.)

But regardless, you can see how easy it is to become a staff member, simply send invitation letters to members on forums, or YCM. When they sign up, tell them to PM me that they we're invited by you.
And that's it, instant mod/super/admin.

Yea, I was going to say that you should change the terms later, by which I mean post count, and such. Anyway, I can't see anything wrong with these, but maybe increase the post count a bit more?

hmm I think that they are ok since we dont have many members but S.Mod should be 50 and Admin 120 or 150 IMO

Mod - 15 members, active, stay for 3 weeks.
Super Mod - 35 members, active, stay for 6 weeks.
Admin - 65 members, active, stay for 3 months.

I should have added that. But i'll change it when we get some moderation going on.
But for now it stay's like this.

^Agreed. Now I think the inviting thing is stupid. Like, yeah, give them a prize or something, but staff?

I see what you're saying, but our main priority right now is getting members. So whoever can do that will be awarded, staff for now. Mainly because we need staff and new members so this way we get both.
